Whether you plan to take up Yoga or not, please bear in mind, like any good thing you want to start or any bad habit you want to leave it actually takes times, convictioin and tedious work. Theres no denying the fact that yoga was a lonely activity in the past but the way Yoga studios have mushroomed in recent times, it has become very easy to understand the basics of yoga and share your experiences with fellow practitioners just like the way we do in a gym. Although Lots of fitness buffs think they’ll find yoga boring. But once you get into the rhythm of your breathing and lose yourself in your body’s motions, it becomes very engaging and so much more fun than a battering workout.

In this modern maelstrom, yoga’s tendency to stasis and silence seems at first insane, then inspired. The notion of bodies at rest becoming souls at peace is reactionary, radical and liberating. If it cures nagging backache, swell. But isn’t it bliss just to sit this one out, to freeze-frame the frenzy, to say no to all that and om to what may be beyond it, or within ourselves?

Still Think Yoga is boring
